Sorry for the delay. I think we fielded your call. 45min - 1hr is best of you want to leave it entire out of refrigeration. 2 hours in the refrigerator also works to thaw it slowly.

You get $50 worth of cake for $25. So, you can choose your size, and either get credit or pay the difference. A 10in gets you right in the $50 range.

Depending on size of cake 30-45 min for 10in and up. 6in 15-25 min.
