I would also think about this: if you do want to leave the company (which you probably will eventually), will you need to relocate? That may or may not be possible depending on your family / relationship status.

I have a rule with jobs: if you're young, forget about the money (within reason). Look for somewhere where you can grow - inside the company, inside your team, and inside the same area.
